The Canadian Computer Remote Protection Plan (RPP) is available to customers through partnerships with various Service Providers including MOST Training & Consulting and Carbonite, Inc., and your use of these products is subject to acceptance of their End User License Agreement (EULA) and Fair Use Policy. Your use of the Canadian Computer Remote Protection Plan (RPP) assumes acceptance of these terms and policies.
If, for whatever reason, Canadian Computer is unable to continue to provide services as described in the RPP product description, then you will receive a pro-rated rebate of the RPP purchase calculated on the remaining unused time in the 12-month agreement. There are no refunds or returns allowed.
